Malouin himself speaks of \"Scrapyard Works,\" a creative method that literally begins in the scrapyard. There, the designer selects fragments of formal proposals. A small, widening rim at the base of the boiler, reminiscent of a screw head, reinforces this reference. Contrasting with the color of the tank, the natural aluminum of the boiler further emphasizes this symbolic value. An object with a strong mechanical identity, yet almost ironic in its reference to the rigidity of the industrial world.
