What is the difference between a standard project and turnkey design?
The execution of every interior design project begins with a meeting with the Client, discussing their needs and expectations, and analyzing the technical layout of the rooms. Based on the available data, the interior designer creates an individual design concept and, if necessary, corrects it, taking into account the Client's suggestions. The project also includes a list of equipment and finishing material costs. And this is where a typical design service ends. However, when it is extended to include turnkey execution, the cost estimate also includes the execution itself. After acceptance, the Client hands over the keys to the designer, and after a few months, receives interiors ready for living.
