§ 1. General Provisions

This Cookie Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing information on the User's devices using cookies, employed by the online store available at https://oxxdesign.eu, operated by Oxx Design Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. § 2. Definitions

Administrator – Oxx Design Sp. z o.o., ul. Radosna 26/8, 53-336 Wrocław.

Cookies – IT data, especially text files, stored in the User's end device, intended for using the Store's websites.

End device – a computer, tablet, mobile phone, or other device through which the User uses the Store.

User – a natural person using the Store via an end device.

§ 3. Types of Cookies Used

The Administrator uses the following types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies – necessary for the proper functioning of the Store, enabling the use of its basic features, such as logging in, managing the shopping cart, or processing orders. They cannot be disabled without affecting the operation of the Store.
  • Functional cookies – allow remembering User-selected settings and personalizing the Store's interface, e.g., in terms of chosen language or region.
  • Analytical cookies – enable the collection of information about how the Store is used, the number of visits, and traffic sources, which helps to measure and improve the Store's performance. Data is collected anonymously and in aggregate. The Administrator uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for this purpose.
  • Marketing cookies – used to display advertisements tailored to the User's interests, including within Google and Meta (Facebook) advertising networks. The Administrator uses Google Ads and Meta Pixel (identifier: 527291690677304) for this purpose.

§ 4. Purpose of Using Cookies

Cookies are used for the purpose of:

  • ensuring the proper functioning of the Store,
  • maintaining the User's session after logging in,
  • managing the shopping cart and order placement process,
  • remembering User preferences and settings,
  • analyzing website traffic and improving its functionality,
  • conducting marketing and remarketing activities,
  • tailoring displayed content to the User's interests.

§ 5. Cookie Retention Period

Cookies can be session-based (deleted after closing the browser) or persistent (stored on the device for a specified period or until manually deleted by the User). The retention period for individual cookies depends on their type and purpose and can range from one session to a maximum of 24 months.

The Administrator may use the services of third parties, who may also use cookies in connection with the services provided, in particular:

  • Google LLC – for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads services,
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – for Meta Pixel service,
  • PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24) – for electronic payment processing.

Third parties operate based on their own privacy policies, for which the Administrator is not responsible.

§ 7. Managing Cookies

The User can change cookie settings at any time through their internet browser settings, including completely blocking their saving or deleting already saved files. Limiting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available in the Store.

  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

§ 8. Legal Basis

The use of cookies is based on:

  • Art. 361 of the Act of July 12, 2024 – Electronic Communications Law (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1221),
  • Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

§ 9. Changes to the Cookie Policy

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Cookie Policy for important reasons, especially in the event of changes in legal regulations or applied technologies. The User will be informed of any changes by posting an updated version of the Policy on the Store's website.
