The production of the Almiro carpet involves an innovative process. A blend of linen, viscose, cotton and polyester is spun to create a soft and shiny mélange. An innovative weaving technique is then applied, in which the yarn is first woven to create the carpet and then the design is tufted on top, giving Christian Fischbacher’s classic, linear carpet design its contemporary and modern look.
