After "Lupita", the royal food bowl for dogs, Miriam Mirri has now designed "Lulà", a bowl for small and medium-sized dogs.
"Lulà" consists of 3 main parts: a plastic base in the shape of a truncated cone with 3 exceptionally stable silicone rubber feet, on which the bowl itself rests, made of mirror-polished stainless steel, hygienic and easy to clean. These two main parts are accompanied by a third, outer lid, which, in addition to aesthetically completing the shape, also performs a number of important functions,
such as protecting leftover food or preventing the puppy from overeating. The lid handle depicts a small
dog howling at the moon (or maybe it's just hungry). The dog figurine is decorated with colors made directly in the molds
of various elements. The "Lulà" base has a raised rim, making the bowl easy to hold. A similar, smaller rim is used between the base and the steel bowl.

"After "Lupita" and "Tigrito" bowls for dogs, the adventure continues in the "Dog Mountain" project, for which Alessi
invited me. I thought I had exhausted the subject with the two mentioned objects, but apparently I miscalculated. "Lupita", which works best for medium and large dogs, effectively leaves our smaller canine friends with empty mouths.
So I went back to the old drawing board, though this time I started from the top and from the small four-legged friend, "Lulà",
who certainly doesn't look like a wolf, but sometimes feels like one when howling at the full moon.
The top of the mountain has a double task: to protect the food and to prevent "Lulà" from eating all day. But beyond
the functional features, I wanted above all to bring the landscape to life, the dream of this mountain in the figurative tradition with which

Lulà: in the dog bowl there is a mountain of food to be eaten little by little. Dog bowl with lid made of thermoplastic resin and 18/10 mirror-polished stainless steel, in black. "Lulà, designed by Miriam Mirri, belongs to Alessi's family of pet objects. The formal language, full of references to emotionality and the "Child Code", has been used here to create an object for our four-legged friends. The top of the mountain has a double task: to protect the food and to prevent "Lulà" from eating all day.
