The magic of the circus with its exciting, somewhat enigmatic characters, shimmering lights, and vibrant colours: a wonderful
world captured by Marcel Wanders in a surprising collection of tableware and household items.
Stylish objects with evocative shapes and decorations: multi-coloured circles, stripes, diamonds, and segments, reminiscent of
circus costume fabrics, the big top, and pennants. The collection, presented in 2016, has been enriched with new items:
a spice jar and a limited edition cake stand.

The "Circus" spice jar, made of glass with an airtight lid, seals in all the freshness, aroma, and flavour of your spices.
Marcel Wanders created a glass decoration in the shape of a jar, referencing the carousels often set up next to the circus tent.
The lid is adorned with traditional red and white fairground marquee stripes, and a golden knob evokes the decorative element adorning the centre. The effect is captivating: Wanders transforms classic kitchen jars into joyful mini carousels.
