The Plissé kettle's very name reveals the essence of its unique design: elegant and lightweight, like haute couture garments. A safety device cuts off the power if there is too little or no water in the kettle, preventing possible damage.
The kettle's base is thermally insulated, so even when the water reaches boiling point, it can be safely placed on any countertop.
Inside the spout there is a filter that retains any limescale particles formed inside the kettle.
The handle is designed to provide a comfortable, secure grip.

EASY CLEANING
Rinse the inside under running water and dry. For external cleaning and power supply, it is best to use a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not place the kettle under running water and do not immerse it in water. Do not wash the kettle in the dishwasher.

EASY MAINTENANCE
To extend the life of the kettle, regularly descale it by cleaning it with a solution of water and vinegar. The filter can be removed, rinsed under running water, and placed back in the spout. In case of wear, loss, or damage, you can purchase the following spare parts from an Alessi dealer: anti-limescale filter and power base.
