It consists of a body with a lid, a handle and a red LED light, which rests on a power base.

Select the desired temperature by repeatedly pressing the + or - buttons, so that the temperature can be increased or decreased in 5-degree increments on a scale from 30 to 100 degrees Celsius. Press the start button. The kettle heats the water to the
desired temperature and switches off automatically after a few seconds.
The current water temperature can be checked at any time using the ^ button. The kettle can be easily and quickly removed from the base.

EASY CLEANING
Rinse the inside under running water and dry. For external and power cleaning, it is best to use a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not place the kettle under running water or immerse it in water. Do not wash the kettle in the dishwasher.

EASY MAINTENANCE
To extend the life of the kettle, regularly descale it by cleaning it with a solution of water and vinegar. The filter can be removed, rinsed
under running water and placed back in the spout. In case of wear, loss or damage, you can purchase the following spare parts from your Alessi dealer: limescale filter and power base.
