Its use is accompanied by a sequence of gestures that allow you to modulate various parameters leading to the desired beverage according to your own taste: the choice of the most suitable blend and the appropriate water temperature, the balance between powder and liquid, the speed of coffee flow.

Easy to use.
After placing the porcelain filter holder, with the steel filter on the carafe, pour in the desired amount of coffee and pour water over it with slow, circular movements. The filter holder with the filter can also be placed directly on a large cup or mug.

Easy to clean.
The carafe, filter holder, and filter can be washed by hand with hot water and detergent or in a dishwasher. If the micro-holes in the filter become clogged, soak it for a few minutes in hot water with dish soap, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

Ready to use and efficient.
With Slow Coffee, there is no risk of running out of filters. The stainless steel filter is always ready to use and also allows many oils present in the coffee to pass through, giving the drink its consistency.

In case of breakage or damage, the glass carafe, ceramic filter holder, and steel filter can be replaced.
